Beta terms notice. If you are a paying customer, your order form, subscription agreement, and any data processing addendum control where they conflict with this page.
Terms of use
These terms govern use of Jueni Afrika Limited's websites and JINA BIASHARA during beta. Features, availability, and pricing may change.
1. The service
JINA BIASHARA is an enterprise operations and finance workspace with AI-assisted workflows. Output quality and behaviour may vary during beta; you remain responsible for decisions taken in your business.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must have authority to bind your organisation (or be invited by someone who does). You are responsible for credentials and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use; no attempt to breach security or overload systems; no use that infringes others' rights. We may suspend access that creates risk to the platform or other customers.
4. AI outputs
AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review outputs before relying on them for tax, legal, financial, safety-critical, or regulated decisions.
5. Intellectual property
We retain rights in the software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in your data. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you beyond what the law requires.
6. Confidentiality & privacy
See our Privacy draft and your executed data processing terms where applicable.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" during beta to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or the beta service is limited as set out in your commercial agreement, or otherwise to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any). Final caps and carve-outs are for counsel to confirm under Kenyan law.
9. Governing law
We intend Kenyan law to apply; courts in Kenya to have non-exclusive jurisdiction — subject to final counsel review and any contrary terms in your enterprise agreement.
