Buyer room / current public evidence

Evaluate the work, boundaries, and deployment path.

A direct route to product fit, security posture, deployment controls, policy drafts, and the inbox for questions that require written scope.

Public capability register

See what exists, what is representative, and what is not available.

A higher ambition never upgrades a lower proof level.

This register separates what can be inspected now from representative, configuration-dependent, and future capability. It is not customer-outcome proof.Open the machine-readable source

Available to inspect or scope

Public information, manual handoffs, configuration-dependent adapters, and scoped offers.

Public informationEvidence · E2
Current integrationNo current level

Public product information

What is true

The public Jueni Afrika website, buyer documents, and representative product explanations are available online.

Boundary

This does not demonstrate customer adoption, product outcomes, or production readiness.

Manual handoffEvidence · E2
Current integrationL3 · prepared for review

Scope conversation

What is true

The site prepares a scope message that a visitor can copy or send through their chosen email client.

Boundary

Jueni does not automatically deliver or persist a manually prepared scope request.

Configuration requiredEvidence · E2
Current integrationL3 · prepared for review

Onboarding request adapter

What is true

The public route validates a consented, multi-offer onboarding request and can forward it to an explicitly configured upstream store with a lifecycle receipt.

Boundary

The adapter does not create an account, approve a deployment, or prove that every valid request is persisted and retained.

Scoped offerEvidence · E1
Current integrationL0 · recognised only

Focused services

What is true

Jueni offers scoped discovery, design, testing, and handover for defined recurring workflows.

Boundary

A service description is not evidence of a completed engagement or measured customer result.

Scope and evidence requiredEvidence · E1
Current integrationL0 · recognised only

Compliance preparation

What is true

A scoped workflow may organise records, deadlines, missing evidence, and review work for authorised finance or compliance professionals.

Boundary

Jueni does not file KRA, eTIMS, VAT, PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, or other regulated submissions automatically.

03

Representative experience

Inspectable models and workbenches—not live customer accounts or outcome proof.

Representative previewEvidence · E2

Jueni Biashara workspace

What is true

The public Jueni Biashara preview illustrates a governed operating-workspace model; actual inputs, roles, connections, and controls require scoped onboarding and proof.

Boundary

This preview is not a live customer account or a universal ready-made integration.

Representative workbenchEvidence · E2
Current integrationL0 · recognised only

Agentic Departments

What is true

The public Agentic Department workbenches illustrate governed specialist queues; an actual department requires scoped deployment and proof.

Boundary

These workbenches do not replace accountable departments, release consequential actions, or operate as autonomous executives.

Representative modelEvidence · E2
Current integrationL0 · recognised only

Cross-system Truth Spine

What is true

Jueni models how source, context, ownership, authority, evidence, and outcome should remain connected across a workflow.

Boundary

This model does not mean every external system is directly connected or synchronised today.

01

Controlled pilot

Internal evidence exists, but the capability is not publicly available.

Not publicly availableEvidence · E2
Current integrationL3 · prepared for review

Payment follow-through preparation

What is true

A bounded M-Pesa follow-through pilot can prepare and append governed expectation records in controlled runtime conditions.

Boundary

There is no claim of live Daraja execution, live settlement proof, or autonomous movement of money.

03

Future or not established

No current availability claim. The missing proof remains explicit.

Not establishedEvidence · E0
Current integrationL0 · recognised only

Durable onboarding capture

What is true

Durable onboarding capture is configuration-dependent; full establishment requires a provisioned store plus independent verification of receipts, dedupe, retention, deletion, access control, and failures.

Boundary

Without a verified store receipt, the public form falls back to a user-controlled contact path and makes no persistence claim.

Future / unavailableEvidence · E0
Current integrationNo current levelFuture target—not currentL5 · policy-automated

Policy-automated actions

What is true

Bounded policy automation is a future capability that requires explicit rules, reversibility, assurance, and approval.

Boundary

General policy automation is not currently available or authorised.

Not establishedEvidence · E0

Customer outcome evidence

What is true

Current public stories and interfaces are labelled representative until consented outcome evidence exists.

Boundary

Representative scenarios are not customer case studies or independently verified results.

Straight answers

The questions serious buyers ask first.

Honest answers, in plain words — before any scope conversation.

01Is my business data safe?

Your records stay inside your own workspace. Access is controlled, activity is logged, and the data-protection commitments — where it is hosted, who may process it, and how long it is kept — are written into your agreement, not left to assumption. On the highest tier, Mbunifu Huru, the whole deployment can be scoped to run in an environment you control.

02Why isn't there one fixed price for everything?

Because businesses don't all carry the same work. Public list prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings for the tiers that fit most teams, and the tiers are maturity bands — how much of your operation runs in one place — not a fixed feature checklist. The most-scoped deployments are quoted after a short scope conversation, so you pay for the work you actually run, not a package you half-use.

03Am I locked in? Can I get my data out?

No lock-in by design. The records you put in remain yours, and your agreement sets out how you export them if you ever leave. A department scope you generate is a plain manifest you can read, not a black box. The aim is that you stay because the work is calmer — not because leaving is hard.

04Who owns the data and the work?

You own your business data and the work produced from it. Jueni Afrika operates the software and keeps your workspace running; it does not take ownership of your customers, your records, or your decisions. What each side is responsible for is written in the agreement, in plain terms.

05Is my data used to train AI models?

Your business records are used to run your workspace — not quietly poured into training someone else's model. Any use of data beyond operating your service is stated in your agreement and requires your consent. Where advanced cloud AI is involved, the options and boundaries are labelled clearly before anything is switched on.

06Does it handle KRA, eTIMS, and Kenyan compliance?

It is built for how Kenya actually works — Kenyan Shillings, M-Pesa records, KRA and eTIMS realities, and Swahili alongside English. Finance and compliance work is prepared for review, but filing a return, releasing a payment, or making a tax decision stays with your authorised people. It supports compliance; it does not replace your accountant or your responsibility.

07What happens if it gets something wrong?

Jueni Biashara AI prepares and organises the work; a person approves anything that carries weight — money, tax, contracts, staff, and messages that go out. Because every step keeps its source and its owner, a mistake is visible and traceable, not buried. You are never asked to trust a result you cannot check.

08How do we start, and how quickly?

Start with one job that keeps slipping — collections, stock, sales follow-up, or a clear report. We map it, prove it on real examples, and hand it back as a routine your team can run and check. One honest win first; anything wider comes after that works. Begin onboarding at jueniafrika.com/jueni-biashara#onboarding.
